The Air Jordan 1 KO “Syracuse” is a colorway of the alternate version of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe inspired by an original Nike Dunk from 1985. The Jordan 1 KO returned in a big way in 2021, when the model’s original “Chicago” colorway re-released in true-to-original form for the first time since 1985. The model was also released in makeups like the “Storm Blue,” and used in a high-profile collaboration with Billie Eilish, as well. Here, the “Syracuse” colorway nods to the Dunk’s classic “Syracuse” makeup with a two-tone, white-and-orange color block, which ties into the Air Jordan 1 KO’s vintage aesthetic. The upper is constructed from durable white canvas with Rush Orange canvas overlays. An orange leather Swoosh appears on either side and a special “AJKO” Wings logo graces the collar.
